anna's top tips

  • Glazed porcelain cleans easily, so even if you have gratin or lasagna baked onto your dish, a 5-minute soak in hot soapy water will make cleaning it easily.
  • I use my soufflé dish for far more than soufflé. I keep it on my counter for storing apples or tomatoes, along with my oval dish for holding bread and buns.
