anna's top tips

  • I use the curved side of the spatula to scrape the edges of my bowl when making cookie doughs or cake batters, and I use the flat side, to spread batter in my pans, or scrape the sides of my pot when cooking a custard.
  • This spatula can be used for any recipe calling for a wooden spoon – it won’t stain or absorb odours.
  • Scraping your bowls and pans are the easiest way to prevent food waste (a lesson we learn early on in cooking school) and a well-scraped bowl is easier to clean!
