  • Use a ruler to guide your pastry wheel to create straight strips for your lattice-top pie
  • To portion your brownies and squares evenly, use the pastry wheel and a ruler to gently mark the top of the baked goods, spacing the markings at consistent intervals, then switch to a knife to make precise cuts.
