anna's top tips

  • To get level portions, dip the scoop into your mixture and then scrape excess batter on the edge of the bowl to level the scoopful
  • You’ll notice that the scoop has a raised portion where the handle meets the spring. This allows you to set down the scoop without the bowl touching your counter, keeping it from making a mess.
  • Before putting your scoop in the dishwasher, rinse the scoop under running water while activating the spring, to loosen batter from under the scoop release.
