The curves of this pan hold bread dough in shape and the perforations in this pan allow air to circulate freely around the dough creating a wonderfully even crust.

  • 0.02 inch/0.5 mm thick carbon steel
  • Non-stick layer is FDA grade and PTFE and PFOA free
  • The non-stick surface is safe for temperatures up to 445°F/230°C
  • Hand wash only
  • Do not use peroxide, baking soda or vinegar to clean and do not scrape or use metalscouring pads. Avoid using metal tools, or other sharp tools, in direct contact with the non-stick surface to prevent its damage. Do not cut baked contents inside the pan.

anna's top tips

  • When placing your breads into the oven, use a spray bottle filled with cool water to spray in to the oven before quickly shutting the door.  The steam helps to create a crispy crust.
  • Regular yeast needs to be dissolved in a liquid for a few minutes before adding your flour, while instant yeast can be added to the flour and mixed immediately.
