  • Double glazed non-stick layer is FDA grade and PTFE and PFOA free
  • The non-stick surface is safe for temperatures up to 450°F/232°C

anna's top tips

  • Even though non-stick, it’s best to grease your pan and then dust it with flour, tapping out any excess so that the cake tips out easily.
  • The hole in the centre of this style of cake is for more than decorative purposes – it allows the heat to circulate to more evenly cook the cake.
