I love the angle of an offset spatula, and the small version is perfectly designed for those sweet little frosting and spreading tasks. I specifically designed my icing spatulas to have natural wood handles (no dyes or stains) and the blade resists staining or spotting.

Spreading frosting or batter is a breeze with this handy small tool.

An essential tool for spreading icing neatly and evenly over cupcakes and for other small decorating tasks, as well as for levelling batter smoothly in a pan

  • The offset angle will also keep your fingers away from the icing, but feels like an extension of your hand
  • The short blade length offers versatility for precise decorating tasks, especially in small areas
  • Natural beech wood handle with waxed finish
  • Hand wash after use and dry immediately
  • Made in Taiwan

anna's top tips

  • When using this tool, hold it so that your index finger rest on the base of the blade – it will then feel like an extension of your hand as you use it.
  • In addition to spreading frostings and batters, and lifting small cookies off of trays, this tool can be used to gently extract tarts and muffins from their tin.
