- Grease an 8-inch square pan, line with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter, honey and vanilla together over medium heat until it just begins to bubble. Stir in the oats, raisins and Skor toffee bits to coat and soften for 1 minute. Stir in pretzels, salted peanuts, cereal and marshmallows until well coated (it’s alright if the marshmallows melt in) and remove from the heat to cool slightly.
- Once cooled to almost room temperature, stir in the M&Ms or Reese’s pieces. With lightly greased hands, press evenly into prepared pan and allow to cool completely before chilling until set, about an hour.
- Portion the pan into 18 bars and store chilled for up to 5 days.
